Marlen is a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor with over 20 years of expertise in Corporate Marketing and Business Consultancy. She also brings 13 years of in-depth experience managing financials and operations for a U.S.-based contractor. Currently, Marlen serves as the lead consultant at Clarity Partners Accounting Firm, where she acts as a trusted advisor and key contact for clients seeking expert accounting and financial management solutions.

Marlen finished her Graduate Studies in Public Administration with 9-year experience in government legislation. She recently finished her Post-Graduate Studies in Human Resource, with a published study entitled “Impact of Online Gig Economy and Satisfaction of Workers: A Mixed Method Design”.

Account Manager

Frances is a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor and an accomplished businesswoman with experience in the retail industry. Her professional journey includes a successful tenure in the BPO sector and extensive expertise in online bookkeeping for U.S. clients. As the Bookkeepers’ Team Leader at Clarity Partners Accounting Firm, Frances combines her business acumen and technical proficiency to guide her team in delivering accurate and efficient bookkeeping solutions tailored to client needs.

ZAIRA CONGZON, CPA

CEO

Zaira is a Certified Public Accountant by profession and a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor. She worked as an accountant for one of the largest BPO centers in the Philippines. She serves as the Chief Finance Officer of Clarity Partners Accounting Firm, bringing in her expertise in Corporate Accounting, Tax Compliance, Business Continuity Plan, and ISO Certification . She is currently earning her credentials as US Tax Preparer.

Ivy holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy and is a dual-certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and Xero Certified professional with extensive experience in audit and accounting. Her impressive career includes managing the financial operations of a pharmaceutical company and overseeing the accounting processes for over 150 branches of a fun and gaming arcade. As the Chief Operating Officer of Clarity Partners Accounting Firm, Ivy leverages her expertise in online bookkeeping to provide exceptional service to clients across the U.S. and U.K., ensuring accurate and efficient financial management tailored to their needs.
